Price Bailey Video Production Case Study

To create a slick, fast-paced company promotional video showcasing Price Bailey’s smart working culture and benefits to staff and clients alike. Price Bailey pride themselves on doing things differently, as do we, so it was a match made it heaven. Out with corporate, dry and stuffy, in with upbeat, bright and pacey.

Production

Thorough pre-production was the essential backbone of this project. Multi-location, multi shoot days and working with talent with little to no previous on-screen experience, meant scripting to shoot planning had to be precisely thought through.

With the task of driving the video’s key narrative via the delivery of lines to camera, it was crucial we carefully coached Price Bailey staff members to be comfortable about the situation.

Each line of the script needed to seamlessly transition with the next, so timing of the lines had to be perfectly orchestrated. That meant multiple takes on set with each participant to ensure every action featuring scene to scene in the end deliverable would be aligned.

When it came to the style of filming, the video featured a variety of activities and we wanted the camera movements to reflect the energy of that. A pacey and action-packed feel for horse riding and rugby, and a more serine approach for a scene depicting a more settled domestic setting as a direct result of Price Bailey’s Smart Working policy.

Deliverables/Outcome

A funky 45 second promotional video to adorn Price Bailey’s Website, Insta and Linkedin pages and illustrate paid ad campaigns.
